Reminder - the annual rules interpretation meeting will be on Saturday, March 1 - At the Bubble - Doors open at 8 AM, meeting starts at 9 AM. Elections will be held.

The Shore Track Officials Association provides accurate and fair application of the rules for track & field and cross-country events. We support member schools in the Shore Conference with meet management and event officiating, following the rules of NFHSS and the NJSIAA.

If you are interested in being on the executive board, please submit a nomination to Pete Panuska by January 24th. Ppanuska36@gmail.com

2024 - 25 Fee Schedule

Cross Country +$5 for starters

Dual Meet - $82

Tri Meet - $94

Batch Meet - $117

Spring Track +$20 for starters

Begins March 15

Dual Meet $95 Dual Meet, one gender

$117 Double Dual

$120 Batch

Shore Coaches Meets $120 with additional for Starters, Referee and Clerks

Middle School Fees are the same as High School

May 5 - Monmouth Regional

All Meetings start at 7 PM

Executive Board shall meet at 6 PM prior to the start of the membership meeting.

Please update Zebraweb with your availability for the upcoming Spring Season. Block any date that you are not available to work.

If you know someone interested in taking the Cadet Class, please contact Carol at 732-979-1130

The Dates for the Cadet Class are March 3-7-at the Bubble. Classes run from 5:30-7:30- PM. You cannot miss any days of the class. Cost $100.00 and due the first night. All cadets must attend the Rules meeting on-March 1-at the Bubble.

Annual Rules Interpretation meeting will be held on Saturday, March 1, starting at 9:00 AM. Doors will open at 7:30 AM. Please bring your own beverage, goodies will be provided. The Uniform company will be there to showcase the latest in track officiating activewear.

We will have a photographer to take the group photo. Please wear your officials' shirt, or outerwear.
